We are excited to announce that Yulia Burt has been appointed as the new North Texas Chapter President for TORCH (Texas Organization of Resdential Care Homes).
Yulia brings a strong, hands-on leadership style and a fresh perspective to the senior care field. She currently operates multiple 8-bed assisted living homes across North Dallas, with additional 16-bed expansion projects underway. Although newer to residential assisted living, Yulia has quickly earned recognition for her innovation, her commitment to high-quality care, and her ability to build strong community and professional partnerships.
In her new role, Yulia will lead TORCH’s efforts to connect, support, and grow our local residential care community throughout North Texas. Her focus is on strengthening collaboration, expanding education, and helping elevate the standard of care across the region.
