All utilities are covered except for cable/phone upgrades. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

Mornings begin with the smell of breakfast cooking right in the kitchen — eggs sizzling, coffee brewing, and soft voices sharing the start of a new day. Lunch and dinner are prepared by professional chefs following menus designed by a geriatric dietitian — balanced, flavorful, and comforting in every bite.

Our days unfold gently — filled with laughter, music, and moments of peace. Whether gardening, folding laundry, or listening to the rain, every moment brings dignity, calm, and connection. Families are part of our rhythm too, kept close through photos, updates, and conversations — so you always feel near, even when you can’t be here.

Daily Living Support

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
Compassionate support with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility, and eating — always tailored to each Resident’s preferences and level of need.

Medication Management
Assistance with routine medication administration, including medications used to manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, as permitted under assisted living regulations.
Continuous Daily Support
Respectful, attentive, and safety-focused assistance provided throughout the day as part of ongoing daily living support, based on each Resident’s needs and abilities.

Two-Person Assistance
When required, two-person assistance for transfers and daily tasks is available at select Communities, based on individual care needs and safety considerations.

On-Site Medical Coordination

Nurse-Led Training, Oversight & Care Planning
Our Community works with a licensed nurse whose role focuses on staff training, medication oversight, and care coordination.
The nurse provides comprehensive caregiver training on proper medication administration and documentation, reviews Medication Administration Records (MARs), assists with initial admission assessments, and supports the development and ongoing adjustment of individualized care plans.
Medical and nursing services are not provided on-site. All medical care is delivered by licensed third-party providers.

Coordination with Trusted Partners
We coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, home health, hospice, and other licensed providers to ensure services are delivered smoothly and directly to your loved one at Our Cottage.
Application Assistance for Additional Support
When needed, we assist families with applications for MediHome, home health, and other available programs.

Emergency Call System
Each resident is provided with a personal emergency call pendant, ensuring help is always within reach.

Dining & Nutrition

Thoughtfully Prepared Meals
Breakfast is prepared fresh in-house each morning, while lunch and dinner are professionally prepared off-site by a geriatric-trained chef and delivered fresh daily. All meals are designed to be nutritious, comforting, and tailored to resident preferences and needs.
Meals are enjoyed in a relaxed, family-style setting that feels like home.

All-Day Refreshments
Snacks and beverages are available 24/7.
Dietary Accommodations
We gladly work with special diets, texture-modified needs, and culturally familiar comfort foods.

Home Services & Personal Care

Housekeeping & Linen Services
Weekly cleaning, laundry, and linen changes keep living spaces fresh and comfortable.

Beauty & Grooming Services
On-site haircuts, salon services, and grooming appointments are available by request.
